White chocolate desire
I definitely love white chocolate. Although it is better to be careful with it, avoiding big quantities, sometimes I love to pamper myself with a couple of white chocolate small cubes… oh how delicious they are!!! It’s an admissible transgression if you have an healthy lifestyle, eating a lot of fruit and vegetables and training regularly ;)
White chocolate is the main ingredient of today’s recipe: White Chocolate Desire. The combination of this creamy and delicious dessert with blueberries is a perfect marriage for my taste buds. I hope it will be the same for yours. ;) Here you can find the recipe.

Carrot and Chocolate Cake

My mom says I am like a bunny because I like crunching carrots. I can’t explain why but I love raw carrots… and recently I realized how good they are with chocolate. The recipe I want to share today is a cake made by grated carrots and dark chocolate. I think the bitterness of the dark chocolate matches perfectly with the sweet taste of carrots. Try it and let me know! Here is the recipe!

Chocolate cream
I like chocolate, so much! When I have chocolate at home, I usually eat it. Sometimes after Christmas there is a lot of chocolate at home, too much to eat all of it… so I like to use it in the kitchen, as an ingredient for my recipes. Chocolate cream is a very quick and easy dessert. You just need to mix custard and dark chocolate. After few hours in the fridge, it’s ready to taste. You can decorate the chocolate cream with raspberries: their red colour brightens the appearance of the dessert and their bitter taste makes more ‘sophisticated’ the flavour of the cream. Take a look at the recipe.

Today’s recipe is pear and chocolate cake. This is a delicious and soft cake you can eat for breakfast or as a dessert as well. Take a look at the recipe here.

Suggested movie: Chocolat (L. Hallstrom, 2000)
Storyteller: But still the clever north wind was not satisfied. It spoke to Vianne of towns yet to be visited, friends in need yet to be discovered, battles yet to be fought… By someone else, next time.”
