Chocolate cream
I like chocolate, so much! When I have chocolate at home, I usually eat it. Sometimes after Christmas there is a lot of chocolate at home, too much to eat all of it… so I like to use it in the kitchen, as an ingredient for my recipes. Chocolate cream is a very quick and easy dessert. You just need to mix custard and dark chocolate. After few hours in the fridge, it’s ready to taste. You can decorate the chocolate cream with raspberries: their red colour brightens the appearance of the dessert and their bitter taste makes more ‘sophisticated’ the flavour of the cream.
